A door that suddenly won't lock properly can be caused by anything from a worn cylinder to the locking mechanism or alignment. I'll identify what's causing the problem and replace the relevant part if necessary.

Is the window catching, rubbing or refusing to close fully? The problem could be the hinges, alignment or locking mechanism, and I can find the cause and put it right.

If your patio door has become heavy, stiff or difficult to slide, the rollers may be worn or damaged. I can replace the rollers and adjust the door so it moves smoothly again
Gaskets & Seals
Feeling a draught where there shouldn't be one? Worn seals, gaskets or poor alignment can let cold air in, and replacing or adjusting the affected parts can make a noticeable difference
Trickle Vents
Sale air and moisture? Trickle vents allow a steady flow of fresh air without having to leave a window open. They can also be required as part of ventilation provisions when upgrading or replacing windows, and I can install or replace them where needed.
